Refund Policy

Effective: July 11, 2026

The Service is currently free during early access, so there is nothing to refund yet. This policy governs refunds once paid plans launch. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Who processes refunds

Paid plans are sold through Creem, our merchant of record. Creem is the seller of record and processes all payments and refunds. When you request a refund, we review it under this policy and instruct Creem accordingly; the money is returned by Creem to your original payment method.

2. Subscriptions

You may request a refund within 14 days of a subscription charge (initial purchase or renewal). Approved refunds are returned in full. After 14 days, a charge for the current period is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time from the Service (via the Creem customer portal) to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.

3. One-time purchases (verification reports and similar)

One-time purchases deliver their result immediately and are consumed on use, so they are refundable only if a technical failure on our side prevented the result from being produced. If you paid for a run that failed to return a report, contact us and we will refund it.

4. How to request a refund

Email support@postidea.app from the address on your account, with the date of the charge and a short reason. You can also contact Creem directly using the receipt they sent you. We aim to respond within 3 business days.

Please note: as merchant of record, Creem may issue a refund on our behalf if we do not respond to a customer's refund request within 3 business days. Contacting us directly is the fastest route, but you are never stranded by an unanswered inbox.

5. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. We reserve the right to suspend accounts with fraudulent chargebacks.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the current version, and prior versions remain available at /legal/archive/. Questions: support@postidea.app.
