Why PostIdea exists

Most software disputes are not about code quality. They are about what was agreed.

A freelance developer ships a feature. The client says it is not what they asked for. Both are describing the same Slack thread from six weeks ago, and neither has anything better than memory to point at. The developer either eats the cost or spends a month arguing about it.

PostIdea exists to close that gap. It takes a rough idea, works it into a specification through structured questioning, locks that specification, produces a statement of work from it, and then — when the code is written — checks the delivered work against the spec that was locked at the start. What comes out is a dated report: what was specified, what was delivered, and where the two diverge.

That report is the point. Everything upstream of it — the questioning, the specification, the architecture council, the SOW — exists so that the report has something honest to measure against.

What we are not

We are not an AI coding tool. PostIdea does not write your application code, and we have no interest in competing with the agents that do. We assume you already use one.

A verification report is also not an audit, a certification, or a legal opinion. It is a record produced by deterministic signal matching, with optional advisory AI review that never changes the verdict. If you take it into a dispute, it is evidence you can point at — not a ruling. The Terms of Service says this in more detail, and we mean it there too.

How we operate

PostIdea is built and operated by a small team in Karachi, Pakistan, and is run as an individual proprietorship by Syed Muhammad Sufyan. There is no outside funding. We are paid by the people who use the product, which is the only accountability structure we trust.

Paid plans are sold through Creem, our merchant of record. Creem is the seller of record for those transactions and handles payment, tax, and refunds; we handle the product.

How we decide what to say publicly

Three rules, and they are not decorative:

We do not ship claims we cannot check. Our Security page has a section listing what we deliberately do not claim yet — session lifetimes we have not shortened, backups we have not built. It stays there until the work is done.

We do not fake traction. There are no invented testimonials on this site, no customer counters, no logos of companies that are not customers. When we have those, we will show them.

We say where your data goes. Every third party that touches your content is named in the Privacy Policy, including which AI provider runs which stage of the pipeline. When that changes, the policy changes with it and the old version stays in the legal archive.
